For years, pictures and messages in the media and news have given the impression, that dying off Europe's coasts is just as inevitable as the catastrophic accommodation of refugees.

We have all gotten used to these images to a certain extent and for many it seems that there is no alternative to European asylum policy - but nothing of it is without alternative at all!
We from Seebrücke are sure:
A world in which no one has to lose his or her life on the way to a secure future is possible.
A world in which coincidences such as the place of birth or the passport
do not decide where a person is allowed to live is possible.

A Europe that protects the rights of all people - including those who had to flee
-instead of protect "the border"- is possible.
